How we work
We work with a network of 14 partner growers across Java, which gives us access to a wide and constantly renewing range of Indonesian tropical plants. Our own team takes care of what matters most for export:
- Selection & inspection: every plant is checked for size, roots, leaf quality and pests before it is accepted for shipment.
- Treatment & quarantine: plants go through the official Indonesian plant quarantine process before a phytosanitary certificate is issued.
- Export documents: phytosanitary certificate, packing list and commercial invoice for every order, prepared to the rules of the destination country.
- Packing for air freight: roots in moist sphagnum moss, leaves wrapped in paper, compact boxes, and shipping by express courier to keep transit time short.
- Photos before shipping: on request we send photos or videos of your actual plants before final confirmation.
Licences & certificates
- Registered nursery with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia
- Decree of the Minister of Agriculture: permit to export plant material from Indonesia
- Competency certificate as a horticultural seed and plant distributor
- Approved quarantine treatment site (Tempat Pelaksanaan Tindakan Karantina)
- Phytosanitary certificate issued for every export shipment
Copies of our licences are available to trade customers on request.
